I truly believe in the power of gratitude!  I am so fortunate and I decided to celebrate by creating these Grateful Life Journal cards to add to your Project Life binders or to create a project. There will be one for each day this month, so come back.

Mexi-Cali Pattern Submission

It has been my pleasure to take The Art and Business of Surface Pattern Design Class: Designing your way, with Rachael Taylor.

This is a tile from my submission It looks so different than what I started with. This is part of the learning process. Together the tiles form the repeat below. We learned how to do repeats and so many other skills I have not fully utilized them yet. I plan to go back through my lessons again a bit more thoroughly. I don't know about you, but I see patterns everywhere and I love being able to experiment and create them too! Our class is full of talented designers, some are already making their mark!

Christmas Treasures Mini-Kit on Sale!

Treat yourself to some Christmas art for your scrapbook. I really enjoyed creating the Christmas Tree and Wreath and papers! I can't wait to see what you create with them. Would you like to me to put your layout or hybrid creation in my customer gallery?  Every year my son's school has a Festival of Trees Fundraiser and we auction the mini Christmas trees to raise money. This year we put Squinkies on ours. It was so cool!  We have so much to be thankful and grateful for this wonderful Christmas season.  Please stop back for more goodies in your future!

This I believe.... I choose joy. Most of the time we can choose joy and happiness as children usually do. May joy be yours this day!

If the Shoe Fits

Tahiti Beach - Marquesa Kit: detail

My Sunday Reward was a a pair of Crocs. Cleo style, the blue and aqua ones. They are slowly travelling my way. If they do fit, I'll be set for beach walking weather. They match the color scheme of my new Marquesa paper set for the Tahiti Beach kit. Our warm Florida summer weather is almost over, but we can plan for the next one! I am falling in love with creating patterns. Check out the new blog header! Look for that paper in the Lorikeet set. Have you planned your Sunday Reward?
