I love the Project Life scrapbook album system that Becky Higgins started!   It is so easy! That's why I made these Grateful Life Journal Cards in the 4" x 3" size to fit into the Project Life Photo Pocket pages or use digitally. I've been sending a card with a small note on it to my daughter in college. She enjoys mail and I enjoy writing a hand written note. This month I've included one of the Grateful Life Journaling Cards in the daily notes.

It makes the trees greener, the sky more blue, the insignificant things tinier and the important things bigger. It's like waking up from a grey dream to a beautiful sunrise.

My Day had a LIFT!  

Lift is a cool app and a supportive community to help you succeed.  My blog has been added to the Gratitude Coaching Plan  page by Anna HF.  I wasn't feeling well when I decided to meditate, then do my check in on Lift, but it helped me to feel better, by Lifting my spirits, even when I wasn't well physically. Open Doors

I think we are happier when we open the door to possibilities. I know a few will get slammed in our faces, but it is worth the risk. Appreciating what we already have makes it easier to take rejection and easier to take risks. How many ways did Edison discover how not to make a light bulb? He kept working at improving his work. Things got brighter after he opened the door.
